During fertility treatment, looking after your physical and mental health is very important, as treatment sometimes takes longer than you anticipate. We may need to try a number of different options before finding a treatment that works for you. It is important to carry on with your normal life, keep positive, and not worry too much about what other people are doing.
If you have concerns, discuss them with me or your GP.
